GT Bicycles also offers frames in the aftermarket, which are the same frames used by the Factory Team. This is a high-end frame that will accompany you to victory, even achieving a Holeshot! With a unique Elite MK7 Speed Series Race Design specific to GT, it features a performance-driven and responsive geometry. Several machining techniques are employed to manufacture the different parts of the frame. The tubes are made of hydroformed aluminum with varying thicknesses depending on the zones, providing greater stiffness and strength to the overall frame. Forged or CNC-machined areas ensure precision in critical points like the bottom bracket shell, head tube, and frame dropouts. Another advantage of this Speed Series model is the Quick Dropout Change System, which saves you time when changing the brake caliper. The bottom bracket uses a BB86 pressfit system, allowing for a larger bottom bracket area and reducing torsion during pedaling (available only on PRO sizes).
